We want you and your little one to love your Caden Lane favorites, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request from the dropdown menu.

  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
